"Years of struggling with depression and unmanaged stress had left me feeling broken. Through the study and practice of Yoga, Mindfulness and Buddhist philosophy, I have been able to move into a space of wholeness and reconnect to the essence of life. I am so grateful to be on this journey and especially grateful for the guidance of my teacher, Tracey, and for the compassion, wisdom and teachings of the Zen Buddhist Master and peace activist, Thich Nhat Hahn."

Melanie teaches Yin yoga and Restorative classes.

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."
