Gentle Flow

In this non-heated gentle flow, we will link the breath with the body in order to find the one pointed concentration and mental focus that helps us go beyond the noisy mind, and reconnect with the deep peace within. This mindful movement practice will be available to all levels, emphasizing the mind-body connection.
