Shoshana will be offering a Hatha teacher training. We are so excited to have so many teachers and students interested in this style of sun/moon, active/hot and receptive and cool flow practice. Hatha is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites, and is a powerful tool for self transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to "still" the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. Many people take this training to deepen their practice and to better understand why hatha helps improve sleep, strengthen core muscles, improve depression symptoms and help with stress management.
This course will include 36 hours of training. There will be 10 training sessions beginning October 5th at 6:30pm.
Trainees will also be required to complete 10 hatha classes and observe 5 classes.
$250 deposit required to hold your spot.
