Located in West Mobile, this state of the art facility offers a beautiful and tranquil setting. The studio features a top of the line heating and air purification system including a fully automated ventilation system that purges harmful Carbon Dioxide and excess humidity, ION generators, UV-C light sanitation, hypoallergenic Zebra yoga floors and beautiful changing rooms with shower facilities. 

Above and Beyond offers online and in studio classes. We currently provide 24 classes a week with a plethora of yoga styles to choose from in either a heated or non-heated environment, as well as Kids Yoga. All classes are led by highly-qualified, certified yoga instructors and are open to yogis of all levels, whether you are a newbie or an advanced practitioner, come join in the fun!

Above and Beyond also has a very relaxing  and luxurious Himalayan Salt room offering halotherapy. Halotherapy is dry salt therapy that utilizes a halogenerator to grind 99.99% pure pharmaceutical grade Sodium Chloride into micronized particles that are dispersed into the salt room via a dry salt aerosol that works to aid respiratory concerns and skin conditions.
