Gentle Flow

In this gentle flow, we will link the breath with the body in order to find the one pointed concentration and mental focus that helps us go beyond the noisy mind, and reconnect with the deep peace within. This mindful movement practice will be available to all levels, emphasizing the mind-body connection. While appropriate for beginners, this slow flow will increase flexibility and balance while also building tapas (heat) and strength by holding postures. This practice will be beneficial for beginners to advanced practitioners looking for a more introverting and quiet but challenging practice. All Levels. Non-heated (classes vary 60 – 75 min)
