Vinyasa

In this yoga sutras, Patanjali tells us we master the asana (physical posture) by going beyond the restlessness of the mind and focusing on the Divine. With this key teaching in mind, this vinyasa class will provide an opportunity to look within and discover where our own blocks and obstacles lie so that we can release and transform whatever it is that holds us back from our full Divine potential. Incorporating breath work, sun salutations, forward bends, back bends, standing poses, twists and inversions, this class will allow us to cultivate the ability to stay centered in our peace in the midst of challenges. Class will always include options for students of all levels, but some familiarity and experience with the basic postures will be helpful. Level 2-3. Slightly heated up to 90° (60 min)
