Hot 60

A Hot Yoga class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to systematically move freshly oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ and fiber, inside out, bones to skin, fingertips to toes. This process restores all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, reduced stress, and a general sense of well-being are just a few of the plethora of benefits one receives from a regular practice.

The class is 60 minutes in a room heated to approximately 102*-105* with 40% humidity.
